I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the tremendous effort that you and your team displayed during my recent trip to Nashville to integrate the networked security camera system for my client.
As you are aware, I was scheduled to be in Nashville for less than 48 hours and was introduced to another contractor to assist in the integration of the cabling system. To our concern, the company we hired in advance to pre-wire the residence had done so in such a way that it was unacceptable to us and our customer. To add insult to injury, they then left the job site after a short work day, greatly jeopardizing our timeline.
The level of professionalism and effort was unacceptable and was obvious we needed to pursue an alternative to have any hopes of getting back on schedule.
In most cases we would have been out of luck trying to find a contractor so late in the day, or even available to work on such short notice. Lucky for us, a member of our team suggested that we contact IPR. To our surprise, you met us onsite in less than an hour, even after just returning from an extensive out of town job. That shows character and dedication.
Thanks to your team, we worked through the night repairing the damage caused by the previous contractor, installed equipment, and turned a nightmare into a blessing. We and our customer are ecstatic over the outcome and proud to show off the workmanship of the overall installation.
We will not hesitate to use your company when in Nashville and suggest to our customers they give you a call.
